• tent and tarp (for under the tent), mallet or hammer (for hammering tent stakes)
• sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, air mattresses
• flashlights, lanterns, headlamps, batteries
• mess kit (plate, utensils, and cup)
• first-aid kit
• bug spray
• hand sanitizer, wipes, paper towels, dish soap
• firewood, kindling, matches, dryer lint (if you want to make a fire)
• games, balls, frisbees
• cooler of water, drinks (no alcohol), food, grilling utensils (if you want to cook)
• hat, ear plugs
